Cascade Aircraft Conversions is a diverse multi-faceted total aircraft rebuild and refurbishing company, in addition to doing aircraft conversions. Cascade is located in Eastern Washington and has been serving the Ag Industry for over 35 years. Cascade Flying Service, LLC. does all of the aerial application and Cascade Aircraft Conversions does all of the conversions, remanufacture, and refurbishing. Cascade is also an authorized factory repair station for Air Tractor, Inc.
Seeing the need for more power, improved reliability, and a lower cost, our founder and CEO Doran Rogers committed himself and his buisness to developing an engine conversion which would offer aircraft owners more power and efficiency. Having spent the last 5 years developing this engine conversion and its counter part, the Cascade Pressure Cowl. We are pleased to have 5 STC's at this point and time. #1 is for the Walter Turbine Engine on the Air Tractor 300 & 400 series. #2 is for the Cascade Pressure Cowl/ forced air induction system for the PT6 400 & 500 Series powered Air Tractor. #3 is for the Walter Turbine Engine on the Thrush. #4 is the Cascade Pressure Cowl/ forced air induction system for the PT6 Thrush. #5 is the PT6 Cascade Pressure Cowl for the AT-602 and AT 802. "IT'S ALL ABOUT AIR" has been a catch phrase for Cascade Aircraft Conversions,LLC which has now led the company to another STC and has added a Barrier Filter System for the Soloy Turbine Bell 47 and Hiller 12 Helicopters. This new addition to the Cascade product line has been met with great anticipation for these helicopter owners who desire more performance and cleaner air for their turbine helicopters.

COMPANY HISTORY
Over the last 38 years, Cascade has turned out over 100 rebuilt aircraft. For the past 10 years, the bulk of Cascade's rebuild operation has been Air Tractors. CEO Doran Rogers has been in the aerial application and aircraft remanufactur business for 35 years and has logged over 13,000 flight hours.
